How long do you wear SureSmile aligners in one day?
You should wear your SureSmile aligners trays for approximately 20 to 22 hours a day. The more time you spend with your trays on, the faster the whole treatment will be. The teeth need time to slowly and safely move into the position you desire for each aligner tray. For this reason, the patient must wear the trays as long as they can to ensure teeth movement during the treatment.
Can SureSmile fix an overbite?

Can I drink with SureSmile?
Yes, you can drink cold or room temperature water. However, you should keep in mind that drinks like wine or sodas can stain the aligner trays over time. Therefore, you should remove them before drinking these types of beverages to avoid staining them. You should also remove them when drinking hot beverages as hot liquids can deform the plastic on the aligners.
