What is ClearCorrect®?

Baltimore Dental Co.

ClearCorrect® is a cosmetic dental treatment that gradually aligns crooked and misaligned teeth over time using clear trays. Treatment with ClearCorrect® takes less time than traditional metal braces. The clear ClearCorrect® aligners can be easily removed so that you can eat and brush your teeth normally.

Dr. Leah Romay provides ClearCorrect® treatment to patients in her Glyndon, Maryland office. She ensures that patients fully understand their particular treatment plan so that they can feel comfortable with their care.

Benefits of ClearCorrect®

With clear ClearCorrect® aligners we can treat:

  • Crooked teeth

  • Overcrowded teeth

  • Malocclusion

  • Overbite

  • Underbite

  • Gaps between teeth

ClearCorrect® is also used to help prevent dental problems that are caused by crooked teeth, including:

  • Overcrowding

  • Tooth decay

  • Gum disease

  • Misaligned bite

Because ClearCorrect® clear aligners are flexible and easily removable, patients experience minimal discomfort and do not have any dietary restrictions.

ClearCorrect® Treatment

Before treatment, Dr. Romay will assess your teeth and gums to determine if ClearCorrect® is the right option for you. She will take dental impressions of your teeth to create your custom clear aligners. You will receive several sets of clear aligners at the beginning of treatment. Each set is worn for about two weeks during which they gradually reposition the teeth. Depending on how misaligned your teeth are, treatment can take from 6 to 18 months. Dr. Romay will provide you with a retainer following treatment to help you maintain your results.
